Balance - EditedIn Miami, Florida, an old man stands at the grave of the woman he had loved for over fifty years. In his hands he holds a small bouquet of flowers and an old, faded photograph. Slowly he comes down to one knee and places his gifts in front of the tomb stone. With his head lowered a small tear rolls down his cheek. Saying his goodbyes to the only woman he ever loved, he stands up and walks down the hill to his car. In New York City, a young woman sits at the side of her partners hospital bed. Holding her lovers hand she weeps, unable to believe what is happening. At the end of the patients bed hangs a clipboard. ABalance - Edited

WalkingIn a frozen wasteland with peaks that broke into the sky, a naked man walked alone. His skin was as pale as a corpse and his hair, devoid of its once auburn hue, hung limp against head and back. He seemed deathly ill with his bones poking out against his skin. He walked at a slow pace, the cold winter air pushing him back. Despite this, however, he did not shiver. He could feel the cold all over his body, penetrating his skin and chilling his very bones, but still, he did not shiver. For him, the cold was warmth. He walked, no one knows for how long, not even he knew. He used to think and feel, but that was a long time ago. Now, hWalking

If OnlyIf I could rhyme to save her life, If I could show instead of tell, Id save her from that wicked knife, And then shed stay away from hell.If Only
I wish shed see its safe to cry, Her tears would meet a tree to sky. Its no more weak to let me in Like Sam who gave to Lilahs sin.
Shed laugh and laugh it all away Shed plead me too, cant you stay? I wouldnt mind, but with her pain, I'd have to leave, or go insane.
I wish I could have saved her life I wish I had done more than tell
| I'm am by no means a professional in any way. I'm just a guy with a wide range of interests. I like to write and read stories and poems, I like to play music, I like to think, I even like to take photos every once in a while. That's just a short list though, and for me to list every little thing that interests me would take too much time for it to make sense. I'm a guy with many faces, none of which are a mask. If you think you know me, think again, cause you only know a part of me. I always thought everyone was like that, but my experiences with some people have shown me that's not true. I could say I'm special, but I'm not feeling egotistic at the moment (emphasis on "at the moment"), so I'll let you say that if you want to. I'm just a guy who's gonna stop with this before it starts to read like a teenager who think he's being deep. |

Bob Carlos Clarke said of his wife Lindsey once "It takes a strong woman to be with a man that is obsessed with photographing the woman at the next table...."
